Of course, every Syndrome is laminated with 100% epoxy resin – it's written right there on every board. You need a skimboard made with epoxy resin. Epoxy has better adhesive and strength properties than polyester resins. Many builders don't like using epoxy resin because it is difficult to sand. Well guess what? If it's hard to sand, that only means your board will last that much longer after all the abuse it gets on the beach.

And when we say 100%, you're getting 100% clear, untinted, unpigmented epoxy resin. Most builders add a color pigment to their laminating resin to give the board its final color. Not Syndrome. Color pigments can dilute and weaken the resin, reducing its ultimate strength as well as its resistance to abrasion. You want a board that takes full advantage of the benefits of epoxy resin. It's a pretty simple concept, but the results are amazing.
